Her story
Lived and learned experience
Crystal is passionate about empowering youth and individuals to walk in authentic alignment with truth while learning to show up in emotional wellness.
Crystal Lou is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing and has practiced in the field for 15 years. She is an avid advocate for empowerment of youth, providing education, and living in the freedom that was a part of the original design.
She believes in the Lord, Jesus Christ as her savior, and believes that we are all living testimonies of Grace and Hope. Having lived a life of lived and learned experience, she is familiar with the grit necessary to overcome adversities in systems.
She is an author, an artist, and the mother to one son with a heart for all children.
